The Challenge
Design a mobile banking application (iOS and Android) enabling customers to fully manage their Puzzle credit card through their smartphone. The solution needed to support critical financial operations, transaction tracking, limit control, and installment simulations, while ensuring clarity, trust, and simplicity in a mobile environment.

My Role
Led the UX and UI definition of the application, structuring the core card management flows and financial simulation features. Translated business rules and financial constraints into clear, accessible interactions, ensuring an intuitive experience within a high-responsibility financial context.
